Get up and running in 5 minutes.
Subscribe to Alerts
Go to the #join-leave channel and click the buttons for the sportsbooks you bet on. Each sport has its own set of buttons.
Watch for Steam Alerts
When a profitable opportunity appears, you'll get an alert showing the bet, odds, EV%, and which books have the best prices.
Save Bets You Like
Click "SAVE BET" on any alert to track it. Your saved bets appear on the website dashboard.
Log Into the Website
Go to the website and click "Sign in with Discord" to access your dashboard.
Track Your Results
The Dashboard shows your profit/loss over time, open bets, and graded results.

Discord Bot
Steam Alerts
Steam alerts notify you in real-time when there's a potentially profitable betting opportunity. Each alert shows:
- The bet: Teams, player, market type, and line
- The odds: Current odds at various sportsbooks
- EV%: Expected value percentage (how profitable the bet is expected to be)
- Fair probability: The "true" probability based on sharp book analysis
- Better Books: Other sportsbooks offering even better odds
Subscribing to Alerts
Alerts are organized by sport and sportsbook. You only receive alerts for the combinations you've subscribed to.
Option 1: Using the Directory
- Go to the #join-leave channel
- Find the sport you're interested in (NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAAB, NCAAF)
- Click the button for each sportsbook you want alerts from
- Click again to unsubscribe
Option 2: Using Slash Commands
/subscriptions subscribe- Join alerts for a specific sport and book/subscriptions unsubscribe- Leave alerts for a specific sport and book/subscriptions list- See all your current subscriptions/subscriptions join_book- Subscribe to one sportsbook across ALL sports at once
/subscriptions join_book if you bet primarily on one sportsbook (like DraftKings) and want all sports.Saving Bets
When you see an alert you're interested in, you can save it to track later.
To save a bet:
- Find the alert you want to save
- Click one of the "SAVE BET" buttons
- The button will change to show the bet is saved
To unsave a bet:
- Click the same button again
- It will toggle back to "SAVE BET"
Your saved bets appear on the website dashboard where you can track their results.

Discord slash commands let you search for odds and value bets on demand.

Compare odds across sportsbooks. Find the best price for any bet.

Find the best parlay combinations when you have a profit boost.

Website
Logging In
The website uses Discord to verify your identity and access level.
- Go to the Sourced Betting website
- Click "Sign in with Discord"
- Authorize the app to verify your Discord account
- You'll be redirected to the dashboard
Requirements: You must be a member of the Sourced Betting Discord server with the "All-Access" role.
Dashboard
Open Dashboard →The dashboard is your home base for tracking performance and managing bets.
Summary Cards
- Total P/L: Your profit or loss (green = profit, red = loss)
- Win Rate: Percentage of bets you've won
- Average Edge: Your typical expected value per bet
- Open Exposure: Total money currently at risk
P/L Chart
The chart shows your profit/loss over time. Use the buttons to change the time range: 1D, 1W, 1M, 3M, 1Y, or All time.
Hover over the chart to see daily details. Click to lock the tooltip in place.
Settings
- Unit Size: Your standard bet amount (used for Kelly calculations)
- Kelly Fraction: How aggressive your bet sizing is (Full, 1/2, 1/3, etc.)
- Theme: Light or dark mode
Odds Screen
Open Odds Screen →Compare live odds across 20+ sportsbooks.
How to use:
- Select a Sport (NBA, NFL, NHL, etc.)
- Select an Event (the game you're interested in)
- Select a Market (spread, moneyline, total, etc.)
- Select a Period if applicable
The table shows odds from each sportsbook with Best Books highlighted. The odds auto-refresh every 15 seconds.
Value Scan
Open Value Scan →Automatically scan for profitable betting opportunities.
Each result shows:
- The event and bet details
- Fair probability (based on sharp analysis)
- Book odds and where to bet
- EV% - Expected value
- Kelly% - Recommended bet size
- Direct links to place the bet
Boost Maker
Open Boost Maker →Build optimal boosted parlays using Pinnacle's sharp odds. This is the web version of the /boost Discord command.
How to use:
- Select the Leagues you want to include
- Select the Book offering the profit boost
- Enter the Boost % (e.g., 20 for a 20% boost)
- Adjust filters like Min Legs, Min Odds, and Dates as needed
- Click Scan to find optimal parlays
Understanding Results:
- Odds: The unboosted parlay odds
- Boosted: The odds after applying your boost
- QK: Quarter-Kelly recommended bet size in units
- EG%: Expected growth percentage
- EV%: Expected value percentage
Click on a parlay to expand it and see leg details, bet links, and the /ev command for Discord.
Combo Breaker
Open Combo Breaker →Calculate combined totals and head-to-head probabilities for player props using FanDuel alternate line data. Builds full probability distributions from devigged lines.
How to use:
- Select the Event and Market (e.g., Player Points)
- Pick two Players to compare
- Choose Combined (sum of stats) or H2H (who gets more)
- Click Calculate to see fair probabilities and odds
Modes:
- Combined: P(Player A + Player B > threshold) — enter a threshold or use auto-generated ones
- H2H: P(Player A > Player B) with optional handicap and tie treatment (void or loss)
- Test Data: Paste alternate lines manually when no live data is available
Line History
Open Line History →Analyze how betting lines have moved over time.
How to use:
- Select a League
- Select an Event Date
- Select the Event
- Select a Market
- Select the Outcome and Line to view
The chart shows how the line moved from opening to close, with Pinnacle max bet limits overlaid.
Results & Analytics
Open Results →Deep-dive into your betting performance with advanced analytics.
Results Page Features:
- Summary Stats: Total bets, win rate, ROI, average EV, CLEV
- Time Series Chart: Toggle between ROI, EV, CLEV, and P/L over time
- Distribution Analysis: See how bets are distributed by stake, EV, or time
- Comparison Analysis: Compare performance across leagues, books, or markets
Analytics Page Features:
- Bet Series Chart: Compare expected P/L vs actual P/L
- Time Bucket Analysis: See which hours you perform best
- Day/Time Heatmap: Visual grid showing performance patterns
- Max Bet Analysis: Performance grouped by Pinnacle limits
Tips for Success
Set up your thread subscriptions first so you get alerts for books and sports you actually bet on.
Even if you don't bet everything, save it to track how it would have done.
Understanding where the line has been helps you know if you're getting good value.
Once you find searches you run often, save them as presets for quick access.
The Results page helps you understand what's working and what isn't.
Closing Line Expected Value is one of the best predictors of long-term success.
